The Timbers are a high energy four-piece with driving rhythms that will take you over, as they propel you in fast forward to the gritty edges of roots, folk, and gypsy punk. Their explosive start in the Adelaide music scene is worthy recognition of this bands ability to marry exceptional musicianship with highly accomplished songwriting.
The Widow Birds
Rhythm & Blues collective THE WIDOWBIRDS. A country soul inspired movement amongst a band of men with a truth and a resilience to conform to a loveless and soulless world. Soul deep in songs grown from their lives lived, learned and dreamt. The pair are joined by a riff-raff of musicians that guide us with three acoustic guitars, four voices, raw percussion & gospel organs, to produce a mood to stir your souls, and sing your sorrows.
Amy Vee
Ethereal folk songstress Amy Vee has solidified her reputation as a fierce Australian music presence in 2010; performing tirelessly in her home country and overseas. Unashamedly proud of her Newcastle roots, Vee continues to sharpen her industry presence. As well as being staunchly passionate about home-grown live music, Vee is also an advocate for mental health and wellbeing.
