Fuse West & Fuse East
It is a condition of application that artists agree to register with Fuse Festival within 10 days of being notified of a secured showcase slot at a cost of AU$330* for bands or AU$210* for solo artists. I understand that my registration will not be confirmed until I have paid this registration fee and my showcase slot may be allotted to another act if my registration is not completed within this timeframe, unless otherwise negotiated with Fuse Festival staff. Registration Fees are non-refundable after November 30th 2011.
Artists are required to liaise with the venue allocated to them by Fuse on all venue related issues including performance, sound check times and all production details and I agree to notify Fuse Festival of any changes to showcase details NO LATER than January 14th 2011. Fuse Festival reserves the right to sell tickets to ANY Fuse registered showcases.
By accepting these terms and conditions you agree to let Fuse Festival reproduce the images, tracks and biographical copy on your Sonicbids EPK to promote your showcase to attending speakers and the public. In the event that footage or photographs are taken either during the conference or at the showcase, I understand and agree that such material is the property of Fuse and the Adelaide Fringe, and may be used for promotion, publicity and broadcast purposes; and that these images would not be made available for commercial sale to the general public.
I understand that public liability insurance is the responsibility of our act for the duration of the event, and that the Adelaide Fringe and Fuse hold no responsibility in this area.
I have read, understood and completed the Sonicbids registration on behalf of my act. I am aware that the Fuse Open Access Showcase is a live promotional event. And therefore there are no performance fees or per diems payable to me by Fuse or Adelaide Fringe Inc.
Registration
Fuse Festival 2011 payments are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason including, but not limited to, failure to use Fuse Festival credentials due to illness, acts of God, travel-related problems, and loss of employment. Unused registrations have no value and cannot be credited to future events.
Once registration is complete you will receive a confirmation email with a Registration ID no. Please keep a record of this number as proof of purchase. Conference passes will be available for collection at the venue reception at the commencement of the event**.
Event attendance
Please be advised that a film and/or video for Fuse Festival may be taped and recorded live during the event. Your decision to attend Fuse Festival constitutes your voluntary agreement to be photographed, filmed, videotaped or otherwise recorded in connection with the event and your agreement that your name, voice and likeness may be broadcast, distributed or displayed in connection with any product (and reproductions) created from the event, in all manner or media and for all purposes throughout the world in perpetuity, including any marketing and promotional uses of such product, without compensation being paid to you. Your attendance also constitutes your agreement to release all producers and users of such film and/or videotape from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property or for infringement of any rights in connection with such uses. This personal release shall be binding upon each your heirs, successors and assigns.
All speakers, artist line-ups and venues are an indication only and are subject to change.
